The Islands of Marathon stretch from mile marker 47, which is on the north side of the 7 Mile Bridge, and mile marker 59 in Grassy Key.

Mile marker 106 is the first mile marker after crossing the 18 mile stretch at Key Largo and entering the Keys. Mile marker 0 is located in Key West.
